If you are using 450 cfm of fan total, you are exchanging the room twice in less than a minute (in a perfect world), which is definitely above the bare minimum. In some instances, temps and humidity can be manipulated with adjustment to airflow as well. So there can't be a true guarantee without...

And pot calling the kettle black. You call out how long someone is on, and during Christmas, you keeping tabs on him bro??

Ha ha, that's funny. First, just click on the icon of a poster. It was an obvious point to reinforce regarding his speech from the start. I haven't been horribly rude, have I? I'm not trying to be proper here buddy, just fair and positive. Read up if you want, I wasn't even arguing anything...

I think your intensity, or attitude, often gets in the way of people and you.. You repeat me to mock my lack of intelligence, or perhaps you are unoriginal and like childish jokes You're second paragraph just sorta puttered out, and then you sorta turned into an sputtering jerk. Yeah, I see your...

So, regarding midday depression, there is still a decrease in photosynthetic productivity in response to normal environmental conditions. If cultivating cannabis were all about replicating nature, there would be no need to experiment or research, we'd only have to mimic natural growth...

Hardy har har, funny and clever. As I meant by that, I care not to debate, but to interject a little bit of info and attempt to redirect this 146 page pissing match in a forward motion. I never sided or made claims or conclusions, but I find it interesting. As far as getting out of the way of...

I don't know about all the other methods, or whatnot (and not currently interested in what they do or don't do), but regarding the short dark cycle mid light cycle, there has been some research done on what is referred to as 'midday depression'. Anyway, here's a link for a little info...

No, it's not the same. Seeds from one plant will still all contain different combinations within their dna, same strain, but genetically different. Male vs. female ( preference to), short vs. tall, strong vs. weak. You know, the sane methods of selection that many breeders have to go through in...

It's called phenotypic expression. Genetics are not changing, per se.

Low THC/High CBD for my parents - Canada?

Thanks, hadn't seen this before, but where is it, EU? Interesting though, if they are the true genetics. From what I've heard, it's hard to stabilize a high cbd strain as the majority of today's genetics have been bred for THC. Thanks. I did grab a cutting of Harlequin from a local disp here in...

I wish I did, but no R4 here.

    cash crop, 3 weeks old

Topping restructures the plant to provide multiple top colas, requires extra growth/recovery time but can put a little extra "developed" bud on the table. Not good for auto-flower strains though, as has already been stated.

I wouldn't cross lollipopping with defoliating as you are not only taking off selective fan leaves, but the fruit associated with said foliage... So the plant will re-distribute it's energy elsewhere. Defoliation itself doesn't re-distribute by the removal of potential fruit.

    REFLECTOR.HELP

The cool tube looks to have a smaller "wing"reflector. In a 4'x4' (1.2m x 1.2m) tent, you shouldn't run into too much heat with a 600, so as long as you're exchanging air, you should be fine. The non-cool tube wing reflector is larger and should be more efficient at reflecting light back down to...

    REFLECTOR.HELP

How do you plan to grow? If you're stacking in plants around a light such as vertical, use a cool tube(without the little wing). If you're trying to spread your light's footprint out over a larger area, go with the wing. Obviously, the cool tube will require a fan and ducting to be effective, so...

    8000 watt HID lighting controller

IMO, Titan timers are good to go. No clue on costs to install, but I imagine the copper required to run power will be about 6 gauge (for 240 volt). Call your local journeyman and ask for a quote, if you don't mind putting your business out there... or tell them it's for a sauna. But chances...

With your fan/filter combo, you will be pushing it to cycle the air in the room at 2x's per minute ( still adequate for co2). 11.5x4x4=184 cubic feet . 184/400(cfm)= 46% of max advertised airflow, which in actuality, will not be at 400 with a filter placed inline. If you don't have much air...

Critique my vertical tent setup (CAD inside!)

If you are wanting to dial in your system, It'd be easier to do so with your second or third option. This enables you to slow down or increase the cycling of air in your tent to adjust temp without sacrificing airflow through the cooltube. If you're going for budget, go with your first option...
