well i have been growing this plant since late October its been about 7 weeks since it sprouted, it is about 9inches tall and as wide as 6-7 inches, at week 4 i started the 12/12 flowering cycle, i knew they were not healthy growing and i wanted to see some organs... it has grown about an inch...

so i found this Dual fluorescent tube lamp (40 watts each) in my garage, it seems it was wired to a box using Black / White / Green(Ground?) wires, im wondering how i can get power to the lights from a regular power cord. perhaps cutting the wires to some power chord and splicing it to lights...
