    I know this is strange to comment on a very old thread but I gave up on that tiny thing and got 2 clones from the same plant to work on. I think the type is called "big bud" and it stood up to that name, the plants grew to around 180cm... they look more like trees then plants but that's also...

    Well, it's been almost 30 hours since the weakling got any water and the cube is very light and dry on the outside. I can't say that the plant has improved as you can see on the photo... :-| Any advice? Can it be that algea has been growing on the cube and is killing it or is this weak thing...

    The bad thing about my setup is that I live in a country that is cold during winter so I'm perfecting my setup (in a room in my basement) so it can win the battle against the cold outside. I've closed of the window by building a box around it to block out light and cold with one fan/vent blowing...

I noticed in your journal that you have aluminum or something like that to stop the light from shining on the cubes, should I change out the plastic for aluminum foil?
