Cannabis oil puding, a recipe for a killer high

I discovered this one by accident and wanted to share it with you guys because it rocks. I had some THC infused coconut oil I wanted to get high off with my special someone, but had no time or ingredients to make cookies or anything else reasonable with it. In the past I have tried ingesting...

Trychome colour is the key, but from which part?

I have a few grows under my belt and can generally tell when a plant is ready, but it has always seemed to me that guides based on trich colour miss one crucial information, where to sample the trichomes. My most mature plant is an indica dominant in it's 9'th week. Small leaves that stick out...

    Rapid pH down

I checked it few days ago. It's OK. Yes, micro.

    Rapid pH down

New regime is in place, res is now changed every 3 days. It seems to be helping.

    Rapid pH down

Well, anyway plants that suffer from root rot dont' drink up to 2L water a day and grow rapidly both under the surface and above.

    Rapid pH down

It's not root rot. Too much root growth and no slime. Fulvic is safe for hydro BTW. Microorganisms can't eat it.

    Rapid pH down

It's heavily coloured, but clear-ish. That's a great idea about missing potassium. Thanx!

    Rapid pH down

Sorry, I'm too paranoid to post pictures. But it's one massive rootball. Plants look quite well, but one has started developing bit of spots on few leaves. I'm switching to res changes every three days, and see if that helps. Damn, I should have planned for larger buckets :/

    Rapid pH down

I know. I get the same first day after res change. I heard somewhere that funghi do that. Usually on day 2 or 3 it begins dropping.

    Rapid pH down

I'm on my second hydro grow. I have done quite a lot of research and usually know what I'm doing. My plants are in 5 gallon buckets, water temps are in check (about 19C), I'm running advanced hydropinics synthetic nutes (european brand, as far as I see not very comon in USA) at about 1100 uS EC...

    Continual Slime in DWC

FIrst, never use sterilysing agents like H2O2 or bleach with benneficial microorganisms. You'll just kill the microorganisms you are trying to breed. Second, you don't really need enzymes if using benneficial microorganisms. They will produce their own enzymes and decompose dead organic stuff...

    Chimney exhaust

I have an unused about 9 meters high chimney I use to vent my air out. I have just two plants, so when the air is continually vented out, the smell is dispersed enough that no human can smell it.

    Continual Slime in DWC

You'll make it. Just remember next time, bennies work best if introduced before an infection happened.

    Continual Slime in DWC

I have mentioned somewhere, you can take a styrofoam board, cut a hole in the middle a bit wider then the stem is expected to get, and then cut the sheet in half through the middle (cut so that you go paralel to the longer side). That way you get two boards you can place on top of the lid of...

    Continual Slime in DWC

I'm not sure about alternatives. I think Heisenberg uses (or used) something called mycogrow. I got my ZHO online as no products are available in stores where I live. Great white is great :) I'd ho with 2.5 ml then (half strength), but it's just a blind guess.

    Continual Slime in DWC

Guys, teas don't brew well below 20°C in my experience. If you are in a cold enviroment, get a small aquarium heater (you can get one off ebay for almost nothing). Keep your temps at about 23-25°C and you'll get a much better effect. Twerkle, I think part of the problem is that you have an...

    Res change required? dwc

Keeping PPM in check does not mean you are keeping the amount of different ions that make up that PPM in check. For example, If your plant for some reason uses all the phosphorus you add and only half the amount of nitrogen, it's just a matter of time before your nitrogen levels reach toxic...

How do you think my roots look?

The fact that your plant hasn't shriveled and died proves that a considerable portion of your rootmass is alive. Don't worry, be kind to your plant and it will be fine.
