Is ur filter a scrubber (circulating air within the room) ? Or an inline filter venting the air out of the room(causing negative air pressure) so no smell leaves the grow area. If it's inline or scrubber for that fact the filter might be toast. Or you don't have a sealed room.

U need more light and overwatering and hight heat temps will slow growth to a crawl. I would say save ur seeds until u have theproper tools to grow. I know it's hard because thee second u get ur seeds u just wanna throw them in soil, but research and the materials needed are all MUST, if u want...

Attitude seeds have bad genetic strains I've been hearing. And judging from these pics your growing them under a tiny light, or attitude seeds have bad genetics but it looks like u have the 125 watt cfl and a 400watt hps and shouldn't be having super long unfilled buds like that.

Yeah some from delish seeds. I ordered from original sensible seed company and got some free ones. I have yet to plant my caramelo's :) my year present to myself was my set up!! Just a little investment lol :joint: and if I keep up on the studying and research the investment should pay off :)

It might help depending on the soil make up. But probably best to maybe let it dry up before next water. Wait till u can stick ur finger 1 inch into the soil and it comes out fairly cleaN with no moist soil on ur finger.

Don't water until dry soil, and don't give any more nutes. If it's a cutting its fairly vulnerable. Maybe the super wetness has stunted the roots. Try diluted urine. Wait till totally dry soil than a 1part piss 4 part water solution. see if that fixes it :)

I'd say let the soil dry out alot and put a 1/4 ratio of piss to water solution on the next feeding. But let the piss sit for 24 hours before watering.

What are ur temps. And have u been giving them nutes, is it potting soil. looks like a nitrogen problem! And maybe over/under watering problems. Since your in veg u can use diluted urine. But best thing would be get a high N fertilizer. and the diluted urine thing I read somewhere. Not my own...
