I was wondering if that when the sprout comes up from the dirt, if you can start flowering right then? If so, what is the max and min time on it till harvest? Thanks

I purchased some seeds about a week ago from a person in the states who claimed that they would sprout. did not happen! i purchased 25 seeds which looked good and that were big for a seed.. where would be a great place to order seeds from that are near the states? any ideas?:neutral:
