Hes talking about spliffs. In Europe many people mix tobacco and bud together and roll it up (.org :D). This is called a spliff whereas in USA nearly everyone smokes joints (100% bud). If the bud is grown, dried, and cured properly you shouldn't need tobacco to keep it burning. Hope this helps...

sorry man, its a male. you should chop it down if youve got females growing. you dont want to pollinate the female or youll get seeds in your bud.
