Joe, the answer is no I have not yet tried orthene. Been busy trying to plant the mothers/clones outside so I can treat the smaller clones with orthene/pyrethrin etc. Been a real challenge as usually when I am out where I have a chance to plant them I am with friends who don't make it easy to...

Hahahaha, what are they trying to achieve?

As much as I may disagree on some points/opinions with quizoking, I agree that "synthetic" weed is a night and day difference when compared to "organic" cannabis compounds. Any conversation/conclusions about cannabis in any respect need to clearly differentiate synthetic VS organic when making...

    DnS Genetics seedbank review

Just wanted to post my overall impression of DnS. I recently ordered their KASI F1 strain as I think it would make a great cross to many of my strains, but C99 in particular. The order showed up fast with tracking, and their stealth is better than most I have experience with. Their follow up...

I should also mention that I ordered some KASI F1's from DnS Genetics. Really looking forward to crossing it with C99 and seeing what comes of it. There was a small problem with the order and Dank and Stew went above and beyond to make up for it. Very impressed with both the stealth (Can't...

Yeah J, thats basically it. Fishing and drinking beer all day isn't bad but doesn't leave much time to do serious plot prep. Took me a minute to get your joke lol. Won't be planting any of those seeds myself for a while... Congrats to Canna though! Mohican, that looks amazing! You will...

It's been a couple weeks, been busy getting the boat ready for the summer. Headed out over the pass for Memorial weekend. One of my friends brought some mushrooms, changed the whole "trip" in a good way... lol I also planted 3 auto flowers out. This trip helped me realize I am going to need...

    cannabis guerilla grow

I didn't catch what nutes you were using or how old the plant was. If you have a 30x loupe you can easily inspect the trichombs and see if you have amber at all. If you do see 10% amber and are using synthetic/chemical nutes then start flushing at around 10-15% amber... Good luck man

Do roots still grow in flower

I don't know that it is ideal but I transplant about a week before flower. Typically from about 1 gallon to 3 gallon or from solo cup to 1 or 2 gallon. When I inspect roots after harvest they have always filled out the whole pot. This is even with a root aphid infestation. Yes, the roots...

They look healthy, nice job. The pick axe is a good idea, I am using a fireman axe and a shovel. I would add some dolomite lime to the soil mix.

Doing good man, I hope things are going well with the launch of DnS. And, hope you decide to keep hangin at RIU. Holding out hope that recent drama is just a bump in the road, but not holding my breath. The tumble weeds blowing through here are not helping the matter imo. Peace,

I thought I should share some thoughts on the defoliation experiment. But, I want to mention that the only reason I did the experiment was because of a link that Popcorn900 posted in another thread about it. Some of you may not know but Popcorn passed away about a week ago. He had been...

Thankfully I was able to clean up the seeds. The mold hadn't gotten too bad yet. Another tip on the tanglefoot I read about is you can use it to make your own sticky traps for next to nothing. Just get some yellow construction paper cut out some squares and smear the tanglefoot on with a...

Here is a shot of about 30 or so RAs on a small sugar leaf. Not the best shot but you can make them out. Here is shot of why you should use tanglefoot if you have root aphids. Jack Herer (before final trim) Jilly Bean trimmed bud

This morning I sat down to take some pics of the seeds and found mold in one of the bags, the HH Dutch Passion that produced the most seeds... Damn! Anyway, lesson learned. Always remove the seed husks! I was in a hurry trimming and just plucked the seeds with the husks on and threw it all in...

Still haven't talked to that buddy yet, left him a VM recently. My harvest was way less than last grow but I did expect it due to so many plants basically 12/12 from seed. 7 plants were all just checked for seeds and any buds were thrown in the trim bag. The rest I did a quicker job of...

Late night at the cove -extra cheezy edition

Damn! That sucks big time. No need to retire though (I do know how you feel), but perpetual flowering is probably out the window... Moved all my grow equipment out of the garage to a different location this weekend and swept, bleached, and bombed before moving my boat into the space... all as...
