i think its actually a bottom round steak. not the best for grilling, but still tasty. is it just me or are a bunch of pics missing? i only see 2.

heres that orange steak... marinade was cayenne pepper, salt, oregano, and sunflower oil. oh and of course orange zest. i just grab the orange and run it over a cheese grater. red onion, broccoli, salt, black pepper, lemon. i finish that off with this sauce to sweeten it up. and...
