Hey,Very soon me and my friend are going travelling Europe and then going to live in Japan for a year. How easy is it to buy weed in japan? france? greece? etc. Cheers in advance.

mane2008 has said it all. the feds are going to be a definite problem, however close you are to ure friends. word ALWAYS gets out. Sometimes by accident and some not. Be safe.

thats why im trying to get information on 'how to hook to up right'. ive seen it working and it looks fine.... but i decided to put new connections on them with wire nuts.... without remembering were the wires went lol.

the uk ground wire which is green and yellow should be connected to ure ballast base (if its metal) or the casing on your transformer (the big metal box that has coiled wire inside). and then it should also be connected to your metal reflector..... it will work with out this but it is alot safer.

I know lol. i think ive found what bits are which... transformer = yellow block capacitors = 2 cylinders and ignighter - the other cylinder ..... but y does my ballast have 2 capacitors????

Hey, basically i am going to make a cool tube soon and i was wondering if it has to be pyrex glass tubing to withstand the heat...or could i use n ordinary glass vase with the end cut off with a tile cutter? cheers :):)
