My first outdoor grow/I need some advise should i top this bitch or just let her renagade?and how much longer till she needs to be flushed?the pistiles are turning a amber color but only slightly.what can i do to get max yeild?

This ones been growing for about 2 months and it seems to be stunted or sumthing?it hasnt grown in size for about a month but it has buds on it/what would be the best way to get a decent yield out of it?
