Not sure if this is the right place to post but does anyone know if there is a seed bank in Southern California, or anyplace for medical marijuana users to buy seeds. It sucks to have to buy them from overseas. Seeds should be legal in socal for patients so where are we supposed to get them?

I have looked online and have not been able to find any info on this strain. My caregiver got this for me and its pretty nice shit. Has anybody ever heard of it? What are its genetics? Thanks
