I started her in doors. Light at first then window sill.moved her an sisters out at end of May. I'm a 7 gallon, with 3 part soil most perlite.. after transplant she went limp. Thought over watering. Or my base was to wet. So I to her out and repotted.. just gett worse

My question is does this look like possible root rot,over watering. Perhaps combination of transplant stress and too much water.
