I would think that even with that 1 bulb you have to much heat with that lid on.Try and just hang bulb over and let some air move.You can manage your humidity with spraying when needed.Also did you use any hormone solution,scrape stems,or follow any kind of cloning method?Has that set up worked...

You will want to have your fan sucking air through filter and then through light and out of area.Mount your filter as high as you can.Heat rises.Most filters are not designed to have air pushed through.So as for your pic,put fan on other side of light.
