in between the buds on the stem not actually in the buds.

There are a lot of bugs inbetween the buds. i am only seeing them on the bottom of this perticular plant none of the other ones.

Just set up my new room and am inching towards harvesting. Looked at my plants this morning and saw this.... Anyone have any tips for getting rid of these fuckers? Also anything else you see thats wrong? First time grower and post....Thanks everyone!
