u should put them under 24 hour light until u can determine sex then find the best female and remove her to 24 hour light and use her for cuttings; or just use all the females for cuttings . problem solved :)

i know there is alot of ways to get them the plants short but what is the most naturally short strain? from your experience i mean

what strain are they? are they cuttings from a mother or from seed?

get some outdoor bug spray and spray the area around them : / also make sure too remove debris and weeds from the area
