Because if you think about it, you have to manage a larger space. Its easier to utilize every lumen when you have a 250w and a small cab. But thats just my opinion.

I think the more wattage you have, the harder it is to achieve 1g/watt.

Yeah i'm growing in a 36"x20"x62" so its a little taller than yours but i'm definitely going with the CMH. I was wondering if there is a certain bulb i should look for or should I just go with a philips one.
