I'm doing hydroponics CAP ebb and gro bucket system.. wondering if I could use 2x2 rockwool covered with hydroton vs a 4x4 rockwool. . Will the plants stand up straight with just the 2x2 rw?

I'm using the cap ebb and flow buckets. Im in week 4 of flowering and I've noticed that some of my gorilla glue #4 plants are like twisted sort of. It's been like this for about 3 weeks. Hoping it would have fixed with a reservoir change or 2 but it hasn't. . 'll add a picture.

So I made the mistake of vegging a little too long in my 4x8 hydroponic table. Now it seems like only the plants directly under the light are receiving light. I can't raise my light up any higher. Is there anything I can do?? Here is a pic

I have a 70 gallon reservoir I'm using for flood and drain. I have the Hanna instruments ph/ppm/temp meter that sits in the reservoir . When I put the 70 gallons of water and nutrients in the ph was 7.8 for about a hour. Then I unplugged by accident then plugged it back in and the reading jumped...
