I would say by the amount of white long hairs you got you don't have anywhere close to 50/50 amber trichs if you look close. You probably have another 3 to 4 weeks until trichs are ready. Be patient and those buds might swell more too.

Regarding your worries about ordering to canada-why not just order from one of many canadian seed companies. Then it is just sent through mail province to province.
