yeah,, i took off the dome,, im bout to check for stem rott,, how do you think i should check for stem rot, without further hurting the plant?

Well, this seedling was doing good for about 4 days, then i woke up and it was all bent over... I dont know what happend!! It had cfl lights, watered with a spray bottle once a day, and it was in a humidity dome! Please help, Im so confused...:?:
