I've heard that adding a booster of Phosphorus & Potassium (something like PK13/14 from canna) toward the end of flowering can produce fatter buds. any feedback on this? can it really and is the increase worth the dosh?

Has anybody ever tried cloning from a plant that is flowering? Only reason I ask is that I don't currently have a 2 room veg/flower setup, and was hoping to take clones of my flowering plants at harvest and veg them.... will they come good and start vegging again?
