So I got a 10 pack all 10 germed fine but once put in Dixie cups under my 150 w hps only 2 sprouted 2 were stunted cus the shells were so hard they wouldn't come off until 6 days being in soil. Its a shame I was looking forward to them.

I have 15 beans popped and once I transplant em to their soil I was planning on moving 12 under a 600 w hps and the other three under a 150w hps. Now my question is I won't be able to move the 12 to the 600w for 2 or 3 days , will all 15 be okay under the 150 or.that that not sufficient light?
