How often should I water it and how often should I feed it. I think it lacks phosphorus.

Its an outdoor grow... the clones have been 4 weeks already into growing and they do have a root system before it was transplanted into bigger containers. The leaves on two of the plants just withered out but i've been watering them almost everyday just to maintain the moisture in the soil...
