I believe for 4x8 you can run 2x 300-450 true watt LEDs quite comfortably. I'd do 2x 450w. Obviously with 2x 450w you dim them during seedling & veg then go full power gradually in early flowering.

Careful about evaporating TOO much alcohol IF you don't replace it with fat. I made a large batch of tincture a few months ago and found it to be far less effective than I had expected, especially after I refined it further. Recommend you consume it with a fatty food if you take too much alcohol...
