alright thanks. the last time i tried to grow seedlings i put like one fluorescent light strip about 10 inches away and i ended up with super long stemmed plants :sad:

Any recommendations? I was thinking of keeping cups with my seedlings (roots already grown) 4 or 5 inches underneath a row of fluorescent lights. Would this be sufficient?
