ya, it was just starting to flower, he had it in a window, surely not enough light. We too kept it in the window until I got the lights, so it is probably lagging behind. I have a 2 23w warm cfls and a 40w warm cfl... prob not enough right? It sure has gotten better since i got the 40w cfl...
