Hey Mh4l, good luck with your grow. A couple of helpful pointers (and I am no expert by any means)--1. Get that fluorescent tube closer, to within 1 inch of the top of the seedlings (plants). For now make sure the tube is the highest wattage tube that will fit your bracket setup, and it (the...
