Harvest a Pound Every Three Weeks!

If you do use unfiltered tap water at 250ppm post your results....I still can't get anything to root in my water (250-300ppm ) I've given up after a half dozen attempts to get things going. As soon as I get my tax return I'm buying a RO system. ~Outlaw~

I believe in addition to what you had mentioned, the Veg unit is taller, using two stacked containers to keep the roots out of the water. ~Outlaw~

My cycle timer is adjustable and I have it set for 1min-on and 15min-off in my cloner system. Seems to be working fine....I have root nubs now and everything seems to stay moist between cycles. ~Outlaw~

Stinkbud, I have built a 10 site cloner unit as per your instructions, and a 40 site flower unit per your instructions (not in use yet). My question is, My well water is hard (around 325 ppm) would this keep my cuttings in the cloner from rooting as fast as say distilled water or something...

Stinkbud, I suggested the idea of the trashbags.....I really should patent the idea as a liner. haha. I tried it to and it seems to work great, makes cleanup simple and virtually eliminates leaks around the lid. Thanks for the kudos! ~Outlaw~

Wow, looking at Dragon Phoenixs' pics I had a great idea (maybe) lol. Seeing what looks like industrial trash bags wrapped around the resivoir made me think along the lines of a disposable resivoir liner that would also block light. Place the industrial trash bag inside your empty resivoir...

    Outlaw's Grow Journal

I didn't do anything about the plants/animals....I just sucked it up to experience and went with what I had left out there. Nothing in the corn fields ever got bothered. Only the plants along woodlines got eaten by groundhogs I assume. It must be....I've been following the thread since page...

I too am following Stinkbuds NFT system....Got some clones going......thought I'd give it a whirl throughout the winter months assuming I can keep my shed warm enough! ~Outlaw~

    Info on corn field growing.....

Don't grow it in alfalfa fields!! You'll be wasting you time. They cut alfalfa 3 different times during the season for hay. ~Outlaw~

    Info on corn field growing.....

Silage fields would be a bad thing to plant in since they cut so early. Your plants would just be getting a good start and then they'd be chopped and fermented in a silo somewhere. I would pay attention and see which farmers in your area leave the corn out. In a row of corn, I'd get rid of...

    Info on corn field growing.....

I'm not sure what it is....came from some good bagseeds that a friend of mine gave me.

    Info on corn field growing.....

I usually go check every few weeks.....It is a good idea to cover your tracks....I use duct tape on the soles of my boots. You could start them around April or May depending on how big you want them at the time of planting.....the bigger they are when you plant them, the less the chance a...

Harvest a Pound Every Three Weeks!

Stinkbud, I too would like to thank you for taking the time to share with us all! I am all set-up and ready to try out the system as soon as I receive the cycle timer I ordered. I got a 1/4hp 1900 gph pump and assembled a 40 plant flower unit and a 10 spot cloner after taking notes from your...

    The big grow scheme

Good advise from bgoodeh....Take what you know and give it a try. Do your best to obviously get enough light....more light=bigger and more dense bud and fertilize. Find a remote location so it doesn't get stumbled upon accidently. That's about it. I prefer corn fields myself....prefertilized...

Did my reasearch, still cant figure it.. PICS

You could do one of two things...either will work fine. Fill your new pot with your new soil, make an adiquate sized hole in the soil and place the roots down in the hole and cover with soil firmly (too keep plant from falling over) but not to hard to rip the roots off. Saturate new soil well...

Harvest a Pound Every Three Weeks!

Stinkbud, I really enjoy reading the thread......Like many others....I'm in the process of compiling a list of stuff I need to make one of the flowering units. I have a couple questions for you if you don't mind: Instead of using the (4x4?) fence post covers, I found a cheaper alternative...
