    Coco Flush Questions "advanced growers only"

    My ash is black on outside and grayish on the inside. Burns good but looks as if nutes are still present due to the black ash. I did a full water flush every other day or so for a week and I'm puzzled about what I'm doing wrong. Please only someone who uses coco needs to answer this..

    Proper coco flush

    I've only had a few harvests in coco and am wondering about the flushing process. I use advanced nutrients. Should I use sensizyme during flush or just 5.8 ph water? I actually flushed with just water for about a week and I have alitttle black ash. Any idea?

    Coco Flush

    I just finished my first grow in coco. I flushed for a week but I feel that wasn't long enough. My ash isn't grey but instead it's black and hard to smoke which shows me that I didn't flush correctly. Should I flush for 2 weeks instead or stick with 1 and increase the water??

    Pro Tech Silica

    Does using Pro Tech Silica reduce my chances of getting bugs. Someone told me that bugs don't like to be on plants that are fed silica. Any truth to that?
