all my reserch says grow lux or warm white bulbs, not too sure though. u can get that same buld at wal-mart 40 watts equal to 150 watts warm white for 12 bucks. workin for me good, but i'm a rookie too. good luck with ur grow...

I think it's your choice, at least 16-18hrs a day. 24 hrs a day is what i'm goin with seems to be workin. I started light 24hrs once planted... i'm new as well though. hope i was helpfull. good luck.

First try, plants seem healthy lights 24hrs. Around 2 weeks now, and some of the leaves don't have that perfect shape. Should I be worried? All new 1's seem to be good. Seeds came from a buddy, supossed to be white widow. does widow have broad leaves? ty..

Hey all, got a new room goin. White Widow from seed all is lookin good. Only thing is I ended up planting 2 in 1 pot, a 4 gallon pot. now they are takin off big time. Is there a chance they make it? the other 2 are in proper pots, on they're own... Any advice would be cool... thnx.
