The dirt was pre-nuted so as suggested I've already begun the flush. Thanks for the responses here. Any suggestions on a what to feed her with after the flush has restored her health?

I'm new here but I'm trying to figure out what is happening before things get worse. Here are some pics of the issue but it looks like the outer edges of the two big leafs are dying. The sprout is around a week old. I'd be happy to supply details. Sorry about the pics being so big...
