I know the lighthouse blackstar 240w have had good results... I'd imagine these would be the same, just smaller footprint, smaller yield, smaller grow.
I can't answer your question, but I am subscribing to this thread because I've been thinking of getting one of these lights for my first grow... either the 180 or the 260.
