    Back at the scrog!

Here's a couple updated photos, I apologize for the quality, my decent camera is still on the fritz. These pics were taken at day 16 of 12/12 I was running the co2 a little low to be safe but my C.A.P air-3 controller showed up yesterday so I should be able to maintain 1500 ppm from now on.

I wish it was the temps because now I have them down to around 78 during the day, all my clones have the same curls in the leaves and they are in a room that has been 75 degrees since I took them.

    Back at the scrog!

Temps were running a bit high for the first couple weeks, low to mid 80s but most of that leaf curl is the genetic issue with the Chocolope, the VKs are pretty straight.

Took some updated pics but they all came out fuzzy. My good digital camera died and the backup sucks, I was able to get one in focus. This is nine days of 12/12.

It's not mites, I wish it was honestly, that I can deal with. The deformity is only effecting the center leafs of the 7 like, the middle 1-2 points are effected and the rest of the plant is healthy as hell. I haven't found any other examples of it in any literature and I have grown many strains...

Thanks much, its honestly a bit more room than I need, the tent is 76x76x76 so over six feet in all directions for just a couple of plants. I feel like I could control the temp/humidity a bit better with a slightly smaller box but this does give me room for a big project if I need it, I may try...

Thank you sir, I do have the more sativa VK pheno, they stretch like a sob and finish at around 9 weeks. My Chocolope seems to have an odd genetic variation as well, some of the leaves are turned counter clockwise for some strange reason, there also seems to be what I can only call "chlorophyll...

    Back at the scrog!

Well, I had a power outage the other day and forgot to reset my timers... for 2 days my timers were out of sink and I was venting the tent WHILE releasing co2... so to answer the above question of "how long does a tank last?" about 5 days when you totally screw up your timers. I think I'm going...

We are gonna find out, I have only been using it sporadically until today, I didn't want to close up the tent all day so I could crank the co2 and let the heat and humidity spike. Based on the calculator I will probably use a tank every 2-3 weeks, I will keep tabs on that and report when its empty

I had to put them in to flower 2 days ago, the Violator Kush was getting super tall and I didn't want them to take over the room before they even went through the stretch. I think I got the ventilation situation squared away, I installed a couple 4 inch couplings at the top of the tent, one...

    Back at the scrog!

Hey everyone, I got a new grow space and have started a new scrog. I'm working with 3 plants in a 54"X34" with Violator Kush on the sides and a Chocolope in the middle. I have my co2 set up but the new tent has no exhaust vents left, my question to you all is this: Is there a good way to have...

Well, I'm back. After some horrible crop failures (I wont show pics because its sad) I'm back to Pro-mix. Hydro is a wonderful thing, here's the trick; YOU GOTTA STAY ON TOP OF THAT SHIT! I have had to take multiple trips for work recently and without having the time to gut my whole hydro...

That may be the problem, if so it shouldn't be anymore as I have flushed and cut back to 700 ppm.

    Let's talk serious SCROG

It's been a while since an update, mostly because I have been a bit embarrassed about the current grow. The plant that died took up 65% of my grow space and its departure has left a literal "hole" in the heart of my operation. Unfortunately the plant that is left has also taken a bit of a...

You have to keep everything that comes in contact with the res clean, any mixers or buckets etc need to be cleaned often and rinsed thoroughly. I wouldn't recommend not using a screen, but I would make sure my hydro setup is accessible under the screen and plants don't have to be moved really at...

Thank you for the good wishes. I'm sure legally will have a ton to say on this but for me, dwc is the most affordable/easiest to use. It's drawbacks can easily be overcome by planning, ie- making sure the setup is accessible and has proper fill/drain connections. I like dwc for scrog because...
