i have little white bugs on top of leaves can anybody help you can see these with the naked eye but they are small just chillin on top of my leaves are they harmful just put into flower nearly 2 weeks ago

Hello BB. I think I have burned my plants with nutes. gonna give them a good flush with water today. Any thing else I can do? And can I remove the damaged leaves? Thanks for taking the time.

Also, since taking them out, the white spots turned yellow then brown!
