that specific leaf is 14 inches away from a 400w hps bulb. is that too close?

have heard it could be light stress or nute deficiency

obviously google was the first place i went, it was late at night so the store i got it from was closed n had no one to call. i left it plugged in over night n it kinda started to work again with random beeps here n there which is kinda annoying
