Spider Mites 10 days before harvest

Won't harm your plants and they get the food they want, 1500 should literally wipe out your problem, unless you are in a huge area of some sort, the more closed in the better. http://www.horticulturesource.com/lady-bugs-1500-per-container-p3857/?osCsid=5ea15e2ddace94b0b2df82d4b692b5ae

    105Watt CFL distance from plant?

Yes, more light equates to more penetration, hence the reason using CFL throughout the entire grow usually results in "Popcorn" style bud. If you read through some of the growers (Me included) that are budget growers they most ultimately suffer the same fate. Perfect for starting and maybe half...

    Things to Know About Lighting

The short answer is yes. You never have too much light. I would use the T5's as supplement light either in the corners or the sides etc. As long as it does not interfere with other lighting and you can get them close to the plants.

    105Watt CFL distance from plant?

The rule of thumb is if it's too hot for your hand it's too hot for the plant.

If I run into res temp troubles again I'm thinking of peltier cooling on a thermostat. I have some old water cooling puter gear new still in the boxes I can use to cool the water instead of the other way around. See how it works out.

    DIY CO2 Gen that works

Done this before, not the exact way they describe (and their way may be better) But I thought it would be helpful for growers on a budget like myself. Included is the link to review, but everything you need is right here. Things You'll Need: * empty gallon water bottle or well washed milk...

    Bleach instead of H2o2

Yes, commercial grows, but this is a hobby user. I don't see anyone corrected, this is as much an art as a science. Try not to be so rigid. :)

    optimal PPM for vegetative etc..

I'm with you, I like the idea that I have complete control over my PPM and what that number actually represents. As in, if you test tap water and find it to be say 500, that's all well and good, but what does that PPM number contain? Mystery PPM makes me uneasy. You have high whatever and add...

    optimal PPM for vegetative etc..

Also, as a boost to the res, he can add H2O2 once a week or so (Your mileage may vary) not only will it boost the oxygen levels in the res, it will keep the roots nice and bright white. Try to find the food grade 35% type, the other will work, just not as well.
