a little update - Nirvana's site does now allow you to search so my only complaint has been resolved.

The only other option is oil based and they don't handle moisture and humidity so well. Don't worry just about all paint is latex.

No cool tubes, the fan in the box keeps the temp at 79F and the light sits about 12" above the plant. The 150W is perfect for my little space.

I did everything myself from the DWC to the cabs. Except the pics are a little old, I am now using a 150w HPS in both. These are my flowering cabs. I have a veg tent that gets put up and taken down when not in use.

I bet the problem is being caused by your magnetic ballast in your light. The only thing you can do is move them a little further away outside of the light. Speakers are magnetic and can be effecting by the magnetic ballast.

ya spray paint is the same it is just a little thinner and is mixed with propellant, but if you can't take you cab outside then roll on paint is the best.

Flat white is the best, it reflects nearly the entire spectrum. You dont need anything shiny or metalic as it will not be as effective. I bought a gallon and roll it on. I also repaint between grows.
