My personal experience with autos is they generally don't like trimming since they have less time to recover. But to answer your question: your plants look healthy enough to sustain removing the lower branches. I hope it helps

Need basic info to determine the problem Room temperature? Ppm? Ph? Light? Humidity? Are you controlling all of them?

From my personal experience if you want to tell sex early you need to switch them to 12/12 and force the pre-flowers. They will also show sex during veg but normally get too big before you can tell and won't be 100% sure until you get some experience.

Looking healthy to me. Those yellow leaves are the first set of leaves they are meant to die. Make sure you re-pot them soon and start with half dose of nutes at week 6.
