did you keep the seed moist? if there was no moisture, the root would not develop properly. see what happens, don't throw it out yet. it might just revive.

When you say work up to full strength, is it the full strength of recommended on the label? I got something like 25-15-15 but wasn't sure if it'll be too strong for the plant as many here use NPK levels that are much lower.

lol dude, i was just about to post asking about snow water! haha. i just got me a bucket of snow to melt. you think it's advised to boil the water to get rid of any bacteria/contaminants? i expect it to be okay to use just melted but just making sure.

first off, where did you get this seed. second, if it's bagseed, most likely you won't be able to know it's strain just by looking at it. third, your first description of your plant is very vague for any of us to make a judgement.

Yea, i thought it was contaminated water, so i checked the water, poured it out, and saw nothing. i have a feeling it could've been from the soil; but i don't know for sure. oh well, the plant's dead. i am starting another germination as i type. :) different soil, starting all new.

well, if overwatered, just let it be; don't water it till the soil is dry completely. you should be fine. :) edit: i somehow missed your first picture. lol. yea that one is a lot more droopy than the one in the second picture. i don't think you should be too concerned though.
