When my friends drop their phones in water usually leaving it in a jar of rice overnight does the trick because it sucks all the moisture. Do yall think this would work with drying buds? I feel like it would be a quick efficient way

Its about a week old. Feminized Autoflowering White Widow in organic soil. Lighting is 6 24w 6500k T5 fluorescents with 2 other pots next to it.. The other 2 are doing fine and have acutally sprouted and about 4 inches tall but this one seems to be struggling? or could it just be a late bloomer...
