im oct 19 i applied by mail too..i still got nothing..no letter no card nothing im pissed i only did the 1 year card..i certainly hope renewing the card isnt as brutal as applying!!

did u get your qp number? check the idph site if u did. mine changed over night from inactive to active..im 1 step closer and i also applied in october
