Ok, so let's say the grow room is 5' x 5', vented to keep down the heat, and situated in a basement. No outside air is coming in, just recycling the same air for the most part. Would Co2 help with this situation? Also, what's the ratio/recipe for the yeast/sugar water CO2 production method?

Okay, using bag seed for our first grow, we got 15 sprouts. - Of those 15, 13 survived outside to start to flower. - 4 were male and cut down - 1 of them is showing both male and female flowers....should I cut this one down as well?

Thanks for the feedback folks. We are looking at a six plant set up in five gallon pots, which may turn into a six plant bucket/hydro system at a later date. Since we already had soil going, we are going to work with that for a bit and see where it takes us.

Hmm, I understand what you are getting at and keeping it simple is always a good idea. Still, they are not pests at all, in fact they are purely beneficial. Just wondering if anyone had tried it, or heard of anyone who tried it.

I'm having quite a bit of trouble determining the sex of my plants as well.

I'm using soil that has come from a compost pile. The plants are growing quite nicely in it, but I assume it's hard to get any kind of consistancy from composted soil though, depending on what's gone into it.
