first all , ballast are electronic . second digital ballast cannot run ceramic metal hallides , as far as I know a swichable digital ballast with mh/hps is the way to go . a lot of commercial growers and old schoolers use magnetic ballast for cmh .

crushed seeds are one thing . missing as long as criterea was met , if not replaced is bad business. However for non germinating seeds a lot of it comes down to bad or erraneous germing . they can't fix that or they would go broke .

Tbh I bought the 3 strains from attitude , and dna's grapefruit was free . I have a side 4 bucket dwc running 2 sep controllers and 4 shutoffs so I can have controll over the individual plants if need be . with pick n mix its so hard not to try multi-strains .

I toss it outside in a diff container and start tomatoes , or melon . tho sometime i just use it as a layer in the compost heap .
