First time outdoor grower. My ladies are 4 weeks into flower and the forecast says rain... I assume that is a bad thing, would cause mold and rot....Am I right?

I've got a girl flowering outdoors with about 4 weeks left. The leaves are yellowing mainly near the bottom and on the parts of the plant that aren't flowering. Should I give some nitrogen? I've heard that the plant doesn't use it so much during flowering...Any tips would be great...thanks
