Has anyone heard anything about a "north sky" strain??

ok say that the first 2-3 weeks of the plants life is under 4 60wt florecents .. would it matter if i transplanted them to outdoor??

Ok i started 2 plants in my room under a 100wt clear bulb ino its not the best but its all i got , about 1 week after they sprouted up i noticed that one of them kept falling over becouse the leafs was to heavy for the stem .. im using miracle grow potting soil and liquid miracle grow lighting...
