hey guys. my plants are way small to be three week old. whats wrong wit them?

ok im finding nothing but a mixed variety of ansers. i just transplanted at two days ago. only watered once when i actually transplanted. i need to know if i should add nutes now or wait they are three weeks old. look at my other post for pics. in general growing. plz help.
