    dust or something...

    Ive just began a plant a few days ago it has sprouted and seems to be growing fine... but there seems to be a white sort of spider web looking kind of stuff that keeps forming on the soil around the base of the plant...im wondering if its just dust and that i should move my plant to a less dusty...
