has anybody used them flat whisper axial fans? I was looking at one of these or a can-fan for exhaust. the axial is rated at 550 cfm for 90 bucks but the can-fan is only about 400 and some for 170 bucks. just wondering if they are as good as they say they are.

ok I have a quick question for you guys. I live in an apartment complex, which I am a maintenance man at, but I'm going to convert one of my closets into a grow room and goinf to give it its own power supply on its own breaker; just wondering what size breaker I should use 15 20 or a 30 amp?

I'm going to be growing in a closet that is about 22" x29" I was planning on growing 2 to 3 plants just wondering if I could get by with using a 400w HPS? I know the whole more is better but I really don't have the dough for a 600w.
