whats going on with my leaves its been a lil over a month now.

Ok my plants top leaves fingers are rolled in also the leaves look wrinkled. Theres a couple of white spots on the new leaves growing in but i think i got that treated. And its been a month and i only have set of three leaves.

The new leaves growing in are kinda rolled up a lil. And look a little thicker. Also my soil kinda fizzes when i water the plant with fert. And there is a white glaze on the top of the soil.http://http://www.rollitup.org/members/goingbig-albums-ok-picture99109-img0063a.jpg
