hey can I sprout my plants in peat pods then put them into my hempy bucket setup which is 2/3 perlite, 1/3 vermiculite? i have better luck with peat pods then rockwool so im just wondering. thanks

I want to use a wick system on my next grow. I was wondering if i put an inch of vermiculite on the bottom of the pot then fill the rest with clay pellets if it would hold enough moisture or if i should just use soil. Also, What is the best thing to use as a wick? Help appreciated i want...
